Trosvik Yard could welcome – not just one – but two vessels from Utkilen shipping company when MT Mostraum and MT Kilstraum docked for a short stopover at the quay facility in Trosvikbukta.
Trosvik has four available ISPS-approved quays with shore power (440 and 690VAC, 1250A) and all other necessary facilities. We can accept ships with a length of up to 150 m and up to 7 m draft, or shorter ships up to 100 m long with a draft of up to 10 m.
Our team of engineers has broad expertise in the maritime and industrial industries and can assist with technical challenges on customers’ vessels, and our many skilled professionals can perform all services in plumbing, mechanical, steel and welding, hydraulics and electrical.
The quay facility is often used in connection with crew changes, storage, repairs or maintenance work. Trosvik can also, often in collaboration with partner Risør Engineering, carry out major renovations.
Our quay facility is easily accessible and well sheltered from the weather and wind in Trosvikbukta in Brevik. Brevik is centrally located in South-East Norway, only half an hour from Torp Airport and approx. two hours from Oslo Gardemoen. The quay areas have controlled ISPS access.
