Monday 17 June 2024 was Reach Remote Client Day at Trosvik. The more than 50 participants were given a guided tour of the shipyard, and – not least – they got to board the first of two boats in the Reach Remote fleet, which is now docked at Trosvik, for testing and commissioning. The other is being prepared in the shipyard hall.
Packed with high technology “Reach Remote” 1 and 2 are so-called Remote Operated Vessels, also called Unmanned Service Vessels (USV). They are approx. 24 meters long, eight meters wide and packed with high technology.
